For rental or payment problems
Please include the venue, date and approximate time, rental reference if available, and a short explanation. A screenshot can help, but remove payment-card numbers and other sensitive information first.
Contact us promptly if a bank is not dispensed, a cable does not work or a return is not recognised. Keep any receipt or confirmation. Please do not repeatedly start new rentals to solve an existing problem.
For venues
Use the venue enquiry form or email us with your venue name, location and contact details. We will discuss the space and possible trial arrangements.
For privacy questions
Email the same address with “Privacy request” in the subject. Read our privacy notice for details.
